just wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful stay we had at the Londa in Limassol recently. We were upgraded to a suite which was a bonus but what really made the holiday for my wife and I was the superb hotel and particularly the very helpful and friendly staff. The Londa has succeeded in creating something special with the design and attention to detail, great restaurant and bar, and relaxing pool area. The image that initially captured our imagination and appealed to us in a few photos in your brochure is followed through so well into reality (which is not always the case). The hotel invited guests to visit the local church for Easter midnight mass and gave us some decorated candles to take. Whilst we didn’t understand any of the service, it was a privilege to be able to share some real Cypriot culture and was a very thoughtful idea. The scheduled flights with Cyprus Airways were very good and the transfers all worked perfectly which made for a relaxing start and finish to the holiday. In our industry there is no substitute for service quality. On a trip to the Troodos Mountains we met a couple who flew from Bristol with Thomas Cook. Before their flight out some baggage was removed from the plane as there was not enough fuel! They were still waiting for one of their bags to arrive a few days later. Thank you again for securing such a good deal for us and we will have no hesitation in recommending Cyplon to people we know.
