- 1-Bedroom Apts: located on upper level, with balcony & chairs, living room with TV & DVD, bedroom with double bed & built in wardrobes, bathroom with bath/shower/wc, fully equipped kitchen. Approx 100m2
- 2-Bedroom Apts: with garden or on upper level as 1-Bedroom Apt., with extra twin-bedded bedroom & additional shower room. Approx 110m2
- 3-Bedroom Apts: as 2-Bedroom Apt., with additional twin-bedded room. Approx 120m2
- Most apartments have pool, golf or mountain views and are situated within walking distance of the Village Square – the heart of the Aphrodite Hills Resort
- Junior Villas with Communal Pool: As apartments, but with additional space and built on ground & upper floor, with private garden. Available with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Junior Villas: Semi-detatched villas, individually furnished, with fully equipped kitchen, private garden with swimming pool, golf view. 2 & 3-bedrooms available. - 3-Bedroom Superior Villas: individually furnished, detatched with spacious private garden & pool. Also available, 2, 4 or 5 bedrooms please enquire. NB - Car Hire is highly recommended for Superior Villas due to their location in the Resort.

3-Bedroom Properties: 6 Persons + Cot - All properties have use of swimming pool and are air-conditioned. NB - A credit card damage deposit is required on arrival. An electricity allowance is included, but if exceeded extra charge is payable. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Housekeeping service – in villas only - once per 1 week’s stay, 3 times per 2 week’s stay. Extra service can be arranged locally. Check-in time 14:00 ~ Check-out time 10:00
